Vincent De Francisco
Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, Vince oversees Brightstar's sales-related functions: strategy, structure, process and results.

With over 12 years of experience in sales and management roles within the I.T. sector, Vince brings leadership and “real world” sales and marketing experience to Brightstar.

Vince most recently worked for a leading North American technology staffing vendor where he led the development and pursuit of net new Fortune 100 clients and relationships in the local market.

Prior to this, Vince worked in a variety of Sales and Management roles for Technology Service providers.

Vince’s diverse technology experience provides him a unique understanding of the technology sector and the significant role a staffing partner can play in the success of a client. Through his experience in Technology Sales and Business Development roles, he provides knowledgeable leadership and understands what it takes to create a better experience for our clients.

Vince holds a Bachelor degree from Ohio University.
